ARC Approval Is Required
Your Rear yard application needs to be received within three (3) months and installation complete within six (6) months of close of escrow.
Trash Containers
Containers can be placed out 5:00 p.m. the day prior to Trash day and must placed inside the garage or behind the side yard gate by 8:00 a.m. the day after trash day.
Parkway Landscape
The Association maintains the landscaped parkway in front of your home. Modifications to this area are not permitted. All residents are responsible to maintain their own front yards.
